We appreciate the tremendous dedication our drivers have demonstrated and we make every effort to provide the tools required for a safe and successful career.
Upon joining the Carmen team, you’ll go through a comprehensive paid training and orientation process.
During this time, you’ll become familiar with the team, our policies, compensation packages, and all the ins and outs of driving for Carmen Transportation. Your orientation will cover a wide range of topics including Telematics, Health & Safety, Customs & Security, Emergency Protocol training—and much more.
Our commitment to your safety is ongoing. In addition to monthly online training assignments, our designated safety personnel will be in touch after weeks 1, 4, and 8 to ensure you’re comfortable in your position and have all the required equipment and knowledge you need to be safe and productive in your role at Carmen.
